Where is my order/delivery?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Click on the link that says ‘View Your Order’ – this will take you to your account section on the website so you can select the relevant order and the tracking information will be displayed from your shipment provider.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to ship out all orders placed before 4pm on the same working day, while any orders placed after 4pm are not guaranteed to leave us the same working day and are likely to be shipped the following working day. Working day delivery is Monday to Friday.

Please be advised that due to Covid-19, there may be delays with Royal Mail’s service at this time despite orders being despatched in a timely manner.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due to be delivered as we need to confirm that it has been received. However, don’t worry if this isn’t possible as our delivery partner usually tries to deliver more than once.

Alternatively, they’ll leave a calling card confirming that they’ve either left it with a neighbour, left it in a safe place, when they will try to re-deliver or give you details on how to collect it.

Where do you ship to?

Due to the current worldwide situation with Covid-19, we cannot currently offer international shipping options. Thank you for your understanding and we hope to have this back up and running as soon as possible.
